Amalner is an easily accessible destination as it has a linkage with rail and has an important railway station on the main western railway line. • Weekly markets or 'haat bazaars' serve the purpose of buying fresh vegetables, fruits, and household things.

• The local snacks too should not be missed-Bhakarwadi, Shev, and Khari-will surely spoil you for choice.

Tapi River

The river Tapi base and near town; the visit is best in the mornings or evenings for the unwinding kind of a peaceful walk. There are a few locals using it for fishing and there are a few cattle brought by their owners for drinking. A paradise for the nature lover.
