1. Wallet Refund Policy
We will refund to your wallet under these conditions:
Eligible Cases
Invalid Contact Information
If the traveler's phone number is marked 'Verified' but is non-working
Requires proof of 3 failed call attempts within 24 hours (call logs with timestamps)
Duplicate Leads
If the same traveler lead appears multiple times in our system
Unresponsive Leads
Verified leads who don't respond to 3+ contact attempts (calls) within 24 hours
Must submit documented proof (screenshots/call logs)
Non-Eligible Cases
- Valid leads who respond but don't convert
- Travelers who change plans after contact
- Delayed responses (after 24 hours of your initial attempt)
2. Lead Refund Process
Follow these steps to request a refund to your wallet
Submit Request
Within 24 hours of purchasing the lead, email support@travellinglark.com with lead ID and proof of contact attempts.
Review Process
Our team will verify your request within 3 business days.
Refund Approval
If approved, the lead amount will be credited back to your wallet.
Penalty for Fake Requests
If a refund request is found fraudulent:
- • Request will be immediately rejected
- • ₹200-300 will be deducted from your wallet
- • Repeated violations may lead to account suspension
*Deduction amount depends on violation severity
