1. Wallet Refund Policy

We will refund to your wallet under these conditions:

Eligible Cases

Invalid Contact Information

If the traveler's phone number is marked 'Verified' but is non-working Requires proof of 3 failed call attempts within 36 hours (call logs with timestamps)

Duplicate Leads

If the same traveler lead appears multiple times in our system and you have previously purchased it, you are eligible for a refund for the duplicate leads.

Unresponsive Leads

Verified leads who don't respond to 3+ contact attempts (calls) within 36 hours. Must submit documented proof (screenshots/call logs)

Misleading Information

Leads containing false or misleading information that materially affect their value are eligible for a refund.

Fake or Spam Leads

The travel requirement is obviously fake, irrelevant, or submitted for spam/trolling purposes.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Valid Information: Leads with valid contact information who respond but do not convert into sales are not eligible for a refund.
  • Preference Changes: Leads who change their travel preferences or plans after initial contact are not eligible for a refund.
  • No Follow-up by Agent: The agent fails to contact the lead in a timely manner or follows up late.

Wallet Balance is Non-Refundable

All wallet recharges are final. The balance is dedicated solely to lead purchases and is not eligible for withdrawal or transfer.

2. Lead Refund Process

Follow these steps to request a refund to your wallet

Submit Request

Within 24 hours of purchasing the lead, email support@travellinglark.com with lead ID and proof of contact attempts.

Review Process

Our team will verify your request within 3 business days.

Refund Approval

If approved, the lead amount will be credited back to your wallet.

Penalty for Fake Refund Requests

If we find that a refund request is fake or dishonest:

  • • The request will be rejected immediately
  • • A penalty of ₹500 to ₹1000 will be deducted from your wallet
  • • Repeated violations can lead to account suspension

*The penalty amount depends on how serious the violation is
