How to Reach Tirthan Valley

By Air

The nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport near Kullu. It is around 50 km away. Flights are limited, so check in advance. From the airport, taxis are available.

By Train

There is no direct train to the valley. The nearest major railway station is Chandigarh or Kiratpur Sahib. From there, you will need to continue by road. The last stretch is scenic but slightly curvy.

By Road

If you are checking how to reach Tirthan Valley from Delhi, the distance is around 500 km. It takes 10 to 12 hours by car. Many people take an overnight Volvo bus to Aut. From Aut, the valley is about 25 km. You can hire a taxi from there.
