DAY02: LEH –LOCALSIGHTSEEING

After breakfast drive towards western part ofLadakh along the Indus river on Leh – Srinagar

highway start sightseeing with Alchi Monastry at alchi village said to be the oldest & most

famous administered by the likir monastery after visit Hall of Fame (Museum founded by

India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara

Patthar Sahib founded in 15th century, Nestled deep in the Himalayas, drive ahead another 5

kmfor Magnetic Hillwhichdefies the law ofgravity& further Driving througha picturesque

landscape we reached the Confluence Of The Indus And Zanskar River. After visiting above

places we drive back to Leh. Overnight at hotel in Leh

DAY03:LEH -NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDUNGLA (124KM)

After breakfast drive towards to Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la ((The Highest

Motorable Road in the World alt: 5602Mts/18390Ft). After descending fromthe pass, Nubra

Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the north of

Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Arrive at Hunder &

check inat Hotel/Camps. Later visit Deskit monastry&the Sand Duneswhere you canenjoy a

short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct

payment) .Overnight at Hotel/Camp.

DAY04: NUBRA VALLEY–TURTUK (ONEDAY) (160KM)

After breakfast drive to Turtuk village lies 80 km away from Hunder. visit Dho thang (LOC)

border view of Pakistan. Turtuk is one of the northernmost villages in India, it was under

Pakistan's control until 1971. The residents of Turtuk and its adjoining villages speak Balti

language along with Ladakhi and Urdu. Turtuk is the last outpost of India at Dhothang after

which Pakistan-controlled Gilgit Baltistan begins. Turtuk is known for its varieties of fruits

especially apricot. Returnto hunder by evening. Overnight at Hotel in Hunder.

DAY 05 :NUBRA VALLEY – VIA SHAYOK PANGONG LAKE-(163KM)

After breakfast leave for Pangong Lake via Shayok. Along the route enjoy the scenic

viewsofShayok river &KarakoramRange. This route has few watercrossings mainlyinthe

month of June & July, to avoid these you need to leave early from Nubra. Reach Pangong

Lake by afternoon. The lake is world highest saltwater lake situated at an elevation of 4,225

m. Extending to almost 130 km long, 1/3 of its lies in India and 2/3 in China). Check in at

camp/hotel in Pangong.

DAY 06: PANGONG LAKE–LEH VIA CHANGLA PASS

After breakfast, leave for Leh riding across another one of the highest motorable road in the

world, Chang La Pa as at an elevation of 5360 M –. Enroute visiting Shey Palace, 

Monastery & Thiksey Monastery.  /evening, check in at Hotel. Rest &

later have a leisure evening in the leh market. Overnight stay at Hotel.

DAY07: DEPARTURE
